About Old World Deli

At Old World Deli, everything starts from scratch. Meats are butchered, cured, and smoked in-house, from pastrami and corned beef to sausage, bacon, & pâtés. Soups are made fresh daily, and sandwiches feature high quality imported, domestic, & house made ingredients, all crafted with care and tradition.

Our bread comes from Water Tank Bakery, a local bakery using flour grown in the Skagit Valley, supporting the region’s farmers and ensuring every sandwich starts with quality ingredients. The market is stocked with carefully selected specialty goods, offering hard-to-find ingredients alongside everyday staples.

Old World Deli is built on a deep love for the old school delicatessen cultures of New York, San Francisco, & Los Angeles. We’re driven by a passion for traditional techniques and high-quality, handcrafted food. The goal has always been the same—serve great food, made the right way.
